Adwest Technologies has for IMMEDIATE availability a 57,000 scfm (@ 80 Degrees F inlet Temp to RTO) RETOX Dual Chamber RTO Oxidizer with 99% VOC DRE and 95% Primary Energy Recovery capabilities. This RETOX Dual Chamber RTO is in excellent condition and has only seen approximately 2,700 hour operation since startup in 2007 on a low VOC coating process. This unit has a Twin City Forced Draft fan with direct drive, 350 HP Allen Bradley AC Drive an Allen Bradley PLC 5/05Processor with Ethernet and a NEMA 12 main control panel which was mounted indoors. This system has Adwest's energy saving NGI Operation which provides Flameless NOx-Free RTO Operation.
Adwest can provide a RETOX RTO Factory Service Technician to supervise the loading of this unit for transit and re-installation at your facility for a rapid VOC Compliance schedule.
